What to write about
your findings did not arrive
Your findings should arrive within 10–15 minutes after you finish the conversation. If it has not arrived, tell me the address you gave Vera and roughly when you finished. It can be resent to the same address, or to a corrected one.
your map
Questions about what it says, a passage that does not fit, a file that will not open. The person who built this reads it and answers.
a refund
Say it did not land, and we process your refund within 24 hours. Your bank may take longer to show the credit. The terms are on the guarantee page and they are not argued.
your data
A copy of everything held about you, a correction, or deletion. What happens in each case is set out on your data and deleting it.
anything else
Press, a correction to something written here, a citation that is wrong, a broken page. Corrections are welcome and are made.
What cannot be answered here
- Clinical questions. This is not therapy and nobody here is qualified to treat you.
- Crisis support. There is no monitored inbox, and a message could sit unread for a day.
- Reading someone else’s map, or a request to investigate a person who did not ask to be investigated.
If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line where you live. They answer immediately. This address does not.
