If your map is not the most insightful thing you have ever read about yourself, write and say so, and you are refunded.
How to claim it
- Reply to the email your map arrived in, or write to hello@the-shadow-map.com.
- Say that it did not land. You do not have to explain, justify, or argue the point.
- Do it within 1 week of delivery.
- We process your refund within 24 hours of your request, through Stripe, to the card you paid with. Your bank may take longer to show the credit.
There is no form, no questionnaire, and no offer of a discount to keep you. The point of a guarantee is that claiming it is easy.
Why it can be offered
The order of things here is deliberate. The investigation is free. Your findings are free and arrive by email within 10–15 minutes after you finish the conversation. They are the first pages of your own map rather than a sample of somebody else’s. You can then choose to buy the full Shadow Map for a one-time fee. Your full map is written before you are asked for anything.
By the time the price appears, you have already read enough of the work to judge it. A guarantee is cheap to offer when the reader has seen the product first. That is the whole argument for it.
Keeping the map
A refunded map is not clawed back. It was written about you, it is yours to keep, and no reader is asked to prove she deleted it.
If you would rather it did not exist at all, that is a separate request and it is honoured too. See your data and deleting it.
What the guarantee does not cover
It covers the map: its depth, its accuracy, its use to you. It cannot cover what happens next in your life. No document, however precisely it reads a pattern, is a promise that the pattern stops.
