Who you are dealing with
The Shadow Map is operated by The Shadow Map Private LTD, 20 Collyer Quay, #09-01, Singapore 049319. One person runs it. There is no support department, and the address on the contact page reaches that person directly.
What you get

The first pages of your own Shadow Map, free, sent to the email address you gave Vera within 10–15 minutes after you finish the investigation.

After receiving your findings, you can choose to buy the full Shadow Map for a one-time fee. The full report is written before you are asked for anything and sent to you by email once you pay. One fixed price, shown to you with your findings and again at checkout. No subscription, no upsell, and nothing recurring.
What this is not
The Shadow Map is not therapy, not diagnosis, and not medical or psychological treatment. Vera is an AI working from a depth-psychology lens. She is not a therapist, not a doctor, and she does not hold clinical credentials. Nothing in your findings or your map is a clinical opinion, and none of it should be used in place of care from a qualified professional.
If you are in crisis, this is the wrong place to be. Contact your local emergency number or a crisis line where you live.
Who may use it
You must be eighteen or older. The investigation asks for material that an adult can decide to hand over, and it is not built for anyone who cannot.
Payment, and getting your money back
- Payment is a single charge, taken by Stripe. Card details never reach this site.
- The map is generated before payment. You are paying to open something that already exists, not to commission something that might.
- If it is not the most insightful thing you have ever read about yourself, your money comes back. The terms of that are on the guarantee page, and they are not negotiated afterwards.
- Refunds are processed within 24 hours of your request. Your bank may take longer to show the credit.
Your words, and who owns what
What you write stays yours. You give permission to use it for one purpose: producing, reviewing, delivering and supporting your map. That permission ends when you ask for deletion.
Nothing from your investigation is published, quoted, or shown to anyone outside that review without asking you first, separately and in plain words. A reader statement on this site is there because someone chose to put it there.
Your map is yours to keep, print, and take to your therapist. It is not yours to resell, republish, or feed to a service that repackages it. The writing, the instruments, and the method behind it remain ours.
Using it honestly
- The investigation reads what you actually say. Feeding it invented material produces a map of an invented person, which is nobody’s fault but yours.
- Do not use it on someone else’s behalf or without their knowledge.
- Do not attempt to extract the prompts, the instruments, or the report template, and do not automate access to them.
- Access can be refused where any of the above is happening, or where a payment is disputed fraudulently.
When something goes wrong
This runs on infrastructure that occasionally fails. If the conversation breaks, you will be told honestly rather than handed a canned reply pretending to be Vera. If your findings do not arrive, write, and they will be resent.
What is promised is the investigation, the findings, and the map. What cannot be promised is an outcome in your life: no reading of a pattern, however accurate, is a guarantee that the pattern stops. Liability is limited to what you paid, which is the only figure either of us can be certain about.
Changes
These terms can change, and the date at the top changes with them. A change never applies backwards to a map already bought.
Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore. Nothing here removes a right you hold as a consumer where you live.
